Section 02 — Use
Four minutes of the morning, or the last four of the night.
Apply
On clean, dry skin, place the patch curved-side down along the orbital bone — just below the lash line, not on it. Press the edges once.
Wear
15 to 20 minutes. The gel stays put while it releases; you can move around. Remove before it dries out.
After
Pat in the remaining essence rather than rinsing, then continue with your serum and moisturiser. Two to four times a week; daily is fine.

Hydrogel patches are a consumable. A jar of 30 pairs (60 patches) lasts roughly a month at a few uses a week, and the actives are more stable in sealed, recent stock than in a jar that's been open since spring. So we ship on a cycle instead of asking you to re-order.
Each shipment: one jar, 30 pairs (60 patches), every 30 days.

What's actually in it?+
The full list is on this page. The patch is a hydrogel carrier built on water, glycerin, butylene glycol and propanediol, with PDRN, peptides, caffeine, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid, adenosine and ectoin as the actives, plus panthenol and allantoin to keep it comfortable. No added fragrance.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?+
It's formulated without added fragrance or essential oils, and the soothing agents are there for that reason. If your skin is reactive, patch test on the inner arm first, and check with your dermatologist if you use prescription actives around the eye.
How often should I use it?+
Two to four times a week is a reasonable rhythm. Daily use is fine if you like it — the formula is designed for frequent wear.
Can I cancel or pause the subscription?+
Yes, anytime, from your account — no phone call, no retention script. Pausing keeps your plan and pricing; cancelling ends it outright.
When does it ship?+
