Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a refund. The guarantee applies even if you have opened a box and tried the patches — we ask that you give them a fair trial.

Email Support@munea.com with your order number and a short note about what went wrong. We'll reply with return instructions within 1–2 business days. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.

Once your return is received and reviewed, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Banks usually post it within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.

Want a different bundle size instead of a refund? Tell us in your email and we'll arrange the exchange and any price difference.

You can skip, pause or cancel a subscription at any time before the next renewal. Orders already processed follow the standard 30-day guarantee above.
